Terms of Service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of TrenchlessSewerPros.site and any enquiry you submit through it. Please read them carefully. By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms.
About this website
This website provides information about trenchless sewer repair methods and allows you to request a quote or inspection. Submitting a form or making a telephone enquiry does not create a contract for work. A contract is formed only when a written scope and price is agreed between you and us.
Information is general, not advice for your property
Everything on this site — method descriptions, cost ranges, pipe material guidance, timelines and regional information — is general information for an ordinary reader. It is not an engineering assessment, a code interpretation, or professional advice about your specific property.
Sewer condition cannot be determined remotely. The correct repair method depends on the condition of your pipe, which can only be established by a camera inspection. Do not rely on this site to decide what your line needs.
Pricing
Cost ranges shown are indicative national figures intended to help you budget. They are not quotes and they are not offers. Actual price depends on line length, depth, diameter, pipe material and condition, access, soil conditions, permit requirements and local labour rates.
A binding price is provided only in a written quote following an inspection. We reserve the right to revise a quote if conditions materially different from those inspected are discovered during the work, and we will tell you before any additional work proceeds.
Permits, responsibility and local regulation
Sewer lateral work is regulated locally and requirements vary between municipalities. Responsibility for the lateral — and the point at which the property owner's responsibility begins — is set by your local authority and is not uniform.
Information on this site about responsibility, permits or local rules is provided in good faith as general guidance. You should confirm the position for your property with your municipal sewer department or county sanitary engineer. We obtain permits as part of contracted work where they are required.
Your obligations
- Provide accurate information about the property and the problem
- Confirm you are the property owner, or are authorised by the owner to arrange work
- Provide safe access to the property and to any cleanouts or access points
- Disclose any known buried utilities, private lines, septic components or site hazards
- Pay agreed amounts in accordance with the written quote
Workmanship and warranty
Work is carried out to the standards required by the authority having jurisdiction and to manufacturer specifications for the materials used. Warranty terms — including duration, coverage and exclusions — are set out in the written quote and job documentation for your specific work.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by subsequent ground movement outside our control, misuse of the drainage system, work carried out by others, or pre-existing conditions outside the agreed scope.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website or reliance on the information it contains.
This website is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Liability arising from contracted work is governed by the written agreement for that work, not by these website terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, layout, graphics and code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape or redistribute content without our written permission.
Third-party content and links
This site may reference or link to third-party resources such as municipal departments, utility providers or industry bodies. Those references are for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party content or its accuracy.
Emergency situations
If sewage is entering a building, treat it as a health hazard. Keep people and pets away from the affected area, stop using water fixtures, and call us or another qualified contractor immediately. Do not rely on a web form for an emergency — telephone (888) 964-2896. If there is a risk to life, a gas smell, or electrical contact with water, call 911 first.
Dispute resolution
We would much rather resolve a problem directly, so please contact us first — most issues are settled quickly that way.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before commencing proceedings. Disputes arising from contracted work are governed by the dispute provisions of the written agreement for that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the work is performed, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where no work has been performed, the laws of the State of Ohio apply.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
