About Trenchless Sewer Pros

We are pipe lining specialists. Trenchless sewer repair is not a sideline to a general plumbing business for us — it is the whole business.

What we do

Trenchless Sewer Pros is a nationwide network of trenchless specialists. We repair and replace failing sewer laterals and water service lines without excavating along their length, using cured-in-place lining, pipe bursting and directional drilling.

We cover residential, commercial and municipal work, and we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Sewage backing up into a building is not something that waits until Monday.

Why a specialist matters here

Trenchless work is unforgiving of inexperience. A liner installed with the wrong resin volume, cured at the wrong temperature or pulled into a pipe that was never cleaned properly will fail — and it will fail inside a pipe nobody can see.

Pipe bursting carries different risks. Fracturing a pipe displaces soil outward, and a crew that has not located nearby utilities first can damage a gas or water line. Cross bores, where a gas line was previously drilled straight through the sewer, are a genuine hazard that only a camera inspection will reveal.

These are the reasons we inspect before we quote, every time, and why we hand over the footage rather than asking you to take our word for it.

How we work

Camera first, always. We do not price a repair we have not seen. The inspection establishes pipe material, defect locations and whether the host pipe can carry a liner — and that single question decides the method and most of the cost.

You get the footage. Before and after. It is your evidence of the pipe's condition and the basis for any second opinion you want to seek. Any contractor who will not provide it is asking for trust they have not earned.

We tell you when trenchless is the wrong answer. On a short, shallow line in open ground with nothing valuable above it, open-cut can genuinely be cheaper. We would rather say so than sell you a method you do not need.

Fixed scope in writing. Before work starts, not after.

Permits, licensing and code

Sewer lateral work is regulated locally, and requirements vary considerably between municipalities. Many cities require a permit for lateral repair or replacement regardless of the method used, and some specify which materials and techniques are acceptable — slip lining, for example, is restricted in certain jurisdictions.

We handle permitting as part of the job and work to the requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. If a local rule rules out the method you were hoping for, we will explain why and what the alternative is.

Services we provide

All of the following are available nationwide, 24 hours a day:

  • Sewer Camera Inspection — A self-levelling camera runs the full line and shows you exactly what is wrong before anyone quotes a repair.
  • Sewer Line Locating & Leak Detection — Electronic locating maps the exact route and depth of your line, so excavation is surgical instead of speculative.
  • Hydro Jetting — High-pressure water scours the pipe wall back to bare material — grease, sludge, scale and roots all go.
  • Sewer Pipe Descaling — Mechanical cutting heads strip corrosion and tuberculation out of cast iron, restoring the pipe's real diameter.
  • Sewer Root Removal — Cutting roots restores flow today. Sealing the joint they entered through is what stops them coming back.
  • CIPP Pipe Lining — A resin-saturated liner is installed inside the old pipe and cured hard, forming a new jointless pipe within a pipe.
  • Pipe Bursting — A bursting head splits the old pipe outward while pulling a new HDPE pipe into the same path — total replacement, two small pits.
  • Sewer Spot Repair — One bad joint doesn't justify a whole new line. A sectional liner repairs just the damaged length.
  • Trenchless Water Line Replacement — Replace a leaking or lead water service without trenching the driveway, walkway and front lawn.
  • Horizontal Directional Drilling — Steerable boring installs new pipe along a controlled path under driveways, roads, landscaping and waterways.
